With a detection range of up to 2 miles, the user is given ample time to reduce his/he speed and avoid potential disaster. The motorist is informed of the presence and relative distance of a speed trap by means of both audible and visual warnings. This compact, portable unit is powered from the vehicles cigarette lighter socket and is mounted on one of three locations, dashboard, sun visor or windscreen.
