Cleveland Safety Camera Partnership entered the programme in April 2000. The Partnership comprises: Cleveland Police, Hartlepool Borough Council, Middlesborough Borough Council, Stockton on Tees Borough Council, Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council, Cleveland Magistrates' Courts Service. The Chairman of the Partnership is Derek Reynolds of Hartlepool Borough Council.
