Hampshire & the Isle of Wight Safety Camera Partnership entered the programme in April 2002. The Partnership comprises: Hampshire Constabulary, Hampshire County Council, Isle of Wight Council, Portsmouth City Council, Southampton City Council, Hampshire & Isle of Wight Magistrates' Courts Committee, Crown Prosecution Service, Highways Agency, National Health Service. The Chairman of the Partnership is Supt Mark Bradford of Hampshire Police.
