Suffolk Safety Camera Partnership entered the programme in April 2003. The Partnership comprises: Suffolk Constabulary, Suffolk County Council, Suffolk Magistrates' Courts Service, Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust, Crown Prosecution Service, Highways Agency. The Chairman of the Partnership is David Chenery of Suffolk County Council.
