Warwickshire Safety Camera Partnership entered the programme in October 2001. The Partnership comprises: Warwickshire Police, Warwickshire County Council, Highways Agency, Crown Prosecution Service, Warwickshire Magistrates' Courts Service, Warwickshire Primary Care Trusts. The Chairman of the Partnership is Chief Supt. Jon Bond of Warwickshire Police.
