Wiltshire & Swindon Safety Camera Partnership entered the programme in April 2002. The Partnership comprises: Wiltshire Constabulary, Wiltshire County Council, Swindon Borough Council, Highways Agency, Wiltshire Magistrates' Courts Service, Crown Prosecution Service, National Health Service. The Chairman of the Partnership is Asst Chief Ambulance Officer Adrian Hooke of Wiltshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust.
