Laser Star Diffuser

The Laser Star Pro is an update to the original Laser Star which now has the option of upto 4 sensor heads for all round protection on larger vehicles against laser gun and mobile laser vans.

A traditional laser detector built into the traditional radar detectors and some GPS detectors can only warn when it has detected a light beam and by the time you have responded this can be too late. The Laser Star Pro not only provides an audible and visual warning to the presence of 904nm laser but by using very fast microchip technology and a Class 1 laser diode the system will also fire back matching the same frequency and pulse rate. This confuses the mobile laser speed camera equipment and preventing it from calculating a speed reading giving you enough time to brake and adjust your speed accordingly for 4-8 seconds before it automatically switches off letting a slower speed reading then be obtained.

Its performance and design make it state of the art. The compact main sensor head is designed for stealth install. The Laser Star Pro is fully water proof sealed and constructed from aluminium that is fully anodised. Up to 4 heads can be connected to a single in car box and extra diode heads are available at a very low cost. The install kit supplied is the most comprehensive of any system available and makes fitting of the Laser Star Pro very simple and easy. It is compatible with all UK laser guns / laser speed systems.

The head unit mounts at the front of the car between the slots in the grille or underneath the numberplate but somewhere it can get a clear line-of-sight of the road ahead. Comes with mounting bracket and cable to run around the engine bay to underneath the dashboard where it needs an ignition feed and earth connection. Wiring loom then has a buzzer attached that can stay out of view under the dashboard and an audio mute cable that can be connected to your cars stereo as desired. There is a small status LED to be fitted and a toggle switch that can be mounted out of view but within arms reach for manual overide of the system and a programming button but they is generally not mounted and left tucked under the dash. Laser Tester Option

Useful to test your Laser Star Pro jammer is installed properly and to simulate the alerts you will get when its activated. Simply stand a metre or two infront of your car and PRESS and HOLD the tester button.
